PRESIDIO

-Seven (7) buildings out of thirteen (13) planned structures are already completed and spread across the 7-hectare development located just 20 meters from Laguna de Bay. Gated and fenced separately from the other Lakefront residential enclaves, the exclusivity of presidio is enhanced while the security of its residents is ensured. The taller buildings are set apart within the privacy of Presidios exclusive residential section, each with its own landscaped drop-off area and a well-appointed lobby with passenger and freight elevators and RFID. The 5-storey mixed use buildings are situated right along the threshold of Lakefront Avenue to maximize the ground floors commercial viability, these buildings have upper floor residential units with private balconies that open to the view of Laguna de Bay.
